Temperature monitoring cryogenic storage
The challenge of cryogenic storage
Cryogenic storage facilities operate under extreme conditions. Monitoring temperatures as low as -200°C is necessary to ensure the integrity of stored samples and materials. Even the slightest deviation can lead to irreparable damage and loss of research material or valuable stock. The combination of extremely low temperatures and high reliability requirements makes cryogenic storage one of the most critical environments. The wireless sensors make it easy to move or relocate the storage vessels.

What does our collaboration look like
We set up the monitoring system with the right sensors for your situation. With our W-series or D-series wireless PT-100 sensors, we measure reliably and accurately, even at extremely low temperatures. We take care of installation and validation and are also available to assist you after installation, so you can be sure of a solution that meets the most stringent requirements. Alarm notifications are forwarded directly to the appropriate persons via email, text message, telephone or the Dyzle App, so that deviations never go unnoticed.

How do we approach it?
With the W series and/or PT-100 sensors, we measure temperatures down to -200°C. All data is automatically stored in a secure online environment (EMS), where you have real-time insight and can easily generate reports. In the event of deviations, you will receive immediate notifications so that you can take swift action. Thanks to redundancy and secure storage, the quality of your temperature monitoring is guaranteed in the long term.
