When we receive personal data as part of an assignment from our client, we are the Processor of personal data. This data can be variable and since we are not Responsible, it is also not predictable for us in advance. We handle this data as instructed by our client in a Processor Agreement. If you have questions about this type of data, it is best to contact the original party that collected your data (the Responsible Party). This includes all your data used in our (web) portals and mobile applications.

Data we may record

Dyzle uses an information system for relationship management and order processing. In this we may also record data from prospects. Of course, data is also present in our mail applications when we communicate with you in this way.

We may record the following information about you:

Name
Address, including Country
Phone number(s)
Gender
Email (from which any other information may be derived)
Position
Name of the organization where you work, and (NAW and website, industry) details of this organization
If you visit us through our website, your IP address and usage of this website

Data that you provide to us via e-mail will be recorded in our system, you determine.

Dyzle is a Business-to-Business company. To execute orders and send invoices, we naturally also record data from the business partner(s) that they provide us, such as Chamber of Commerce and VAT number. If you have a sole proprietorship, this data may also be considered personal data. We may not be able to perform the job for you if we cannot record this data.

We keep this data for at least as long as required by law. Experiences from our customers and relations show that they appreciate it when we keep their data. We therefore keep them until we receive a deletion request from you.

All personal data is stored within the European Economic Area or in a location that provides at least adequate safeguards, such as by Privacy Shield.

We do not use this data for any purposes other than those already mentioned.

Personal data processed through said website(s)

The aforementioned websites and the parties involved in this website (hosting party, website builder, mail application, applied trackers, Dyzle) may process personal data about you as a result of your use (through visit, use of contact form and possible newsletter subscription) of the services provided.

You should be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of other sites/apps, which can be accessed through a link on our website(s). Your visit to the website and your possible choice to enter data is your given consent for us to process your data for the said purposes.

  • Records of your actions on our website. We may use trackers and analysis tools (we describe this later in this privacy policy)

General contact and communication

When you further contact us or one of our suppliers by phone or e-mail, we record the relevant information surrounding this contact in our e-mail systems, on our network folders and/or our customer management system, including at least your name, in order to handle your contact moment with us. We retain this data until you request deletion in order to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes previously mentioned.

Sharing with others

We only provide your personal data to the following third parties, who are not allowed to share this data with other parties:

  • Our partners in delivery of products and services, including resellers and installation companies, only at the level of actual orders
  • ICT suppliers (hosting, hardware and software, cloud applications), only to provide, enhance and support our applications

Analyze website traffic (and use of cookies)
