Operations Team Leader

What will you do as a Team Leader of Operations at Dyzle?
As Operations Team Leader you are responsible for customer satisfaction and manage a team with support staff, a work planner and service engineers. You are their first point of contact and, together with the work planner, verify that maintenance contracts and Service Level Agreements are executed on time.
You are responsible for the daily management of the support department, work preparation and the logistical process around our hardware in the warehouse. In addition, you will transfer tickets with issues about our online environment to the IT department, monitoring progress and providing feedback to the customer.
We want to keep improving our working methods and internal processes. You will therefore be given a lot of freedom and responsibility to identify improvement projects, take them up and, together with colleagues, achieve concrete results.

From €3,750 to €4,500 per month, depending on knowledge and experience;

What does Dyzle expect from me?
That’s a good question! We don’t have any specific educational requirements, but we expect an HBO working and thinking level. We hope you have good communication skills and a customer-oriented and commercial attitude. You have a healthy sense of responsibility and like variety. It is a requirement that you live in the Netherlands and speak and write Dutch. In addition, you speak and write English and are, preferably, available at least 32 hours per week.
