The challenge of cleanrooms

In a cleanroom, it is essential that variables such as temperature, pressure differences, humidity and particle concentration remain within the norm at all times. Deviations have a direct impact on product quality, safety and compliance with GMP guidelines. Combining these measurements and meeting all validation requirements calls for a reliable solution that is always available.

What does our collaboration look like

We set up the monitoring system based on your processes, mapping results, requirements and URS. We help map rooms and objects, install the sensors, set measurement intervals and ensure that the solution complies with the applicable guidelines. We take full responsibility for the validation, maintenance and continuity of the solution, so that you can concentrate on your core activities.

How do we approach it?

With the Dyzle W series, we measure temperature, pressure, humidity and particle concentration at short intervals. All data is automatically stored in a secure online environment. You always have real-time insight, receive immediate alerts via email, text message, telephone or the Dyzle App in the event of deviations, and can easily generate reports for inspections and audits. The W series also allows you to work with your own screen and control local light and sound signals, making deviations immediately visible and audible. The solution works independently of your network and is fully managed by us.
